My approach to therapy is relational and trauma-informed, focusing on the experiences that have shaped who you are. Rather than rushing to conclusions, we’ll take time to notice your thoughts and emotions as they arise. Together, we’ll create a reflective space where you can explore your lived experiences with curiosity and care. Through this process, we can develop deeper insight, helping you see yourself more clearly and relate to others in more fulfilling ways.
