About Niko
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck during a period of emotional stress or transition. Challenges related to work, relationships, identity, or past experiences can start to feel heavy or confusing. Many people seek therapy in moments like these, looking for relief from anxiety as well as a deeper understanding of their emotional patterns, with the hope of feeling more grounded and at ease within themselves and in their relationships.
I provide individual therapy for adults within a relational, trauma-informed framework. Together, we explore underlying emotional experiences, build self-awareness, and develop practical ways to manage stress and emotions. Our work is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to each person’s pace and goals.
Reaching out for therapy can be a meaningful step, especially during times of uncertainty or difficulty. You do not have to navigate this alone. If you are looking for a supportive space to reflect, gain clarity, and cultivate a greater sense of balance, I would welcome the opportunity to work together.
