About Niko
Many people come to therapy at a point when they want greater clarity about themselves, their relationships, and the direction their lives are taking. Work, relationships, identity, and one’s history are not always easy to make sense of alone. Therapy can offer a place to slow down and reflect with greater curiosity and care. I work with adults who are interested in developing deeper insight into themselves and their relationships through conversation and shared reflection.
I approach therapy within a relational, trauma-informed framework. Taking time to know you as a person and the experiences that have shaped you is central to the process. Rather than moving quickly toward conclusions, understanding unfolds gradually through thoughtful and collaborative exploration, recognizing the complexity of each person’s life.
If you are interested in working together, I welcome the opportunity to speak with you. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly as we consider what you are going through. Sessions are available in person in Midtown Manhattan and via secure telehealth.
