Female Therapist in NYC

About Olivia

I know how difficult it can be to open up about your most vulnerable, hidden self. Taking that first step is often the hardest, and though it means facing thoughts and feelings you’d rather not, it’s also the beginning of a path toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you, where we can face these challenges together. With empathy and support, we’ll begin to explore the feelings and experiences that cause you pain and keep you feeling stuck.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy is simple: connect with you as a whole person. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, perfectionism, ADHD, or other challenges, my approach is rooted in increasing self-awareness and helping you develop tools to better understand and soothe your mind and body.

My hope is to help you make sense of the past, embrace the present, and move toward a more hopeful future. If you find yourself constantly living in your head or disconnected from the present moment, this is your opportunity to regain a sense of control. The most important thing to remember is that you don’t have to do this alone.

Who I work with (individuals)

I work with individuals navigating:

  • Relationship challenges and attachment patterns

  • Anxiety and overthinking

  • Perfectionism and high self-criticism

  • ADHD and attention-related challenges

  • PTSD, cPTSD and trauma-related issues

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected

  • Difficulty staying present or grounded in daily life

Couples work

I also work with couples navigating complex emotional and relational dynamics, including situations where one or both partners may be experiencing significant mental health or medical challenges. In these relationships, we focus on understanding patterns of connection, communication, and support, while creating space for both partners to feel heard and understood.
