About Elizabeth

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to managing things on your own. My hope is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I aim to meet clients where they are and foster a warm, supportive environment where growth can unfold in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most meaningful when it feels collaborative and individualized to your unique experiences and goals. My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that past experiences and relationships deeply shape how we connect with ourselves and others today. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while working toward greater insight, balance, and emotional fulfillment.

Who I work with

I work with individuals who

  • Are navigating life transitions related to relationships, identity,  career, or adulthood

  • Feel disconnected from themselves and uncertain about their direction

  • feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck

  • Want to better understand how past experiences may impact their present patterns

  • Are looking for a supportive space to process emotions and build self-awareness

  • Are interested in practical tools for managing stress and distress
